Reads a JSON file and parses its content.
Parameters
- path: FileHandle | PathLike
  Path to the JSON file.
- Optionaloptions: ReadJsonFileOptions
  Options for reading the file and parsing JSON.
Returns Promise<JsonValue>
Parsed JSON content.
